Your data, plainly.

Hadapo Technologies Ltd (“Hadapo”, “we”) runs this website and decides how the personal data collected here is used. For anything about your data, email privacy@hadapo.com.

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• your name, work email and company;
• your browser's user agent and the page that referred you, so we can tell which channels bring people in.

We don't ask for anything else, and you can browse the site without telling us anything.

We use these details only to contact you about early access to Hadapo, launch pricing and onboarding. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we then delete your details. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Waitlist entries are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden). The website is served by Vercel. Both act as our processors under data processing agreements, and only the Hadapo team can read the waitlist.

Until early access opens and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a customer, your account is then covered by the customer terms instead.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and its fonts are served from our own domain. Your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode (in local storage, on your device only). Staff signing in to the admin area get a strictly necessary session cookie.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• show you the data we hold about you, or give you a copy;
• correct it, or delete it;
• restrict or object to how we use it.

Email privacy@hadapo.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date below and, for significant changes, email the waitlist.
